We're Hiring: Senior QA Engineer – Large-Scale Transformation Program

Are you an experienced QA professional looking to make a real impact in a complex, large-scale environment? We are now seeking a
Senior QA Engineer
to join a major transformation program and drive quality across a new platform implementation.

In this assignment, you will play a key role in shaping testing strategy, mentoring other testers, and ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple teams and domains. You will work hands-on with test automation, performance testing, migration testing, and integration testing—collaborating closely with product owners, architects, tech leads, and other stakeholders.


What we're looking for:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail

Experience from complex systems or large-scale initiatives

Confident communication and stakeholder management

Ability to work both independently and in cross-functional teams

Proactive, self-driven mindset with the ability to define tasks from unclear starting points

Several years of experience as a QA Engineer

Background in technical development or testing

Experience with large organizations and complex integrations

Mainframe/AS-400 experience (plus)

Knowledge of the custody domain (advantage)
