Product Manager
who can help transform a high-performing fintech into a billion-dollar business.
About The Position
As Product Manager at Kreditz, you will take ownership of one of our core product areas and drive the roadmap from vision to execution. You will play a crucial role in shaping next generation of our credit and risk solutions - ensuring that our products deliver exceptional value, scalability, and a world-class user experience.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You will collaborate closely with Tech, AI, Commercial, Legal, and Customer Success to bring new features to life, refine existing products, and ensure we are solving real customer problems at scale.

You don't need a technical degree - but you
must
feel comfortable working closely with technical teams, understanding complexity, and translating it into clear decisions, priorities, and outcomes.

RESPONSIBILITES
Some Of The Main Responsibilities You Will Cover

• Own and define the product roadmap for your product area, ensuring alignment with company strategy
• Scope complex projects and develop workplan
• Translate customer needs, market insights, and business requirements into clear product priorities
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, data, design, compliance, and commercial teams
• Drive product development execution end-to-end, from concept and specifications to rollout, adoption, and improvement iterations
• Analyze data and customer behaviour to inform decisions and measureproduct impact
• Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand pain points, validate hypotheses, and refine solutions
• Champion a product mindset within the organization and foster alignment around product vision and goals
• Contribute to building scalable processes, documentation, and feedback loops as we transition from startup to scaleup
• Assess existing products and leverage teams to improve impact and enhance UX continuously

WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We Believe That You Have

• 3+ years experience working as a Product Manager (or equivalent role) in a tech-driven company
• Experience from a startup-to-scaleup journey - knowing how to build structure without slowing down speed
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, in English (verbal and written)
• Strong ability to turn complex technical capabilities into simple, impactful product experiences
• A data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• A structured yet pragmatic approach to prioritization, decision-making, and execution
• Experience collaborating closely with Tech, data, commercial and AI teams
• Genuine interest and curiosity to learn new things on the fly
• Previous experience in Management Consulting is desirable
• A passion for fintech, risk, credit, or financial infrastructure is meritorious
• Experience with Open Banking/PSD2 or financial APIs is meritorious
• Knowledge of analytics and/or software development concepts is meritorious
