What You Will Do
As a Business Development Manager at Klarna, you will be part of our dynamic Nordic sales team based in Stockholm. You will manage and expand relationships with merchant and brand partners while identifying new business opportunities that drive mutual growth.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop tailored commercial solutions, negotiate agreements, and deliver measurable business outcomes. Your focus will be to create long-term partnerships that strengthen Klarna's position as one of the most trusted and loved services in the Nordics.

Who You Are

  • Someone with great attention to detail
  • You have a strong passion for sales and thrive on connecting with people and creating business opportunities.
  • You bring at least 3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within e-commerce, retail, or digital services.
  • You are structured, goal-oriented, and skilled at prioritizing to achieve results.
  • You communicate confidently and build relationships easily with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • You have strong negotiation and networking abilities, and enjoy collaborating across teams.
  • You work independently with a high level of ownership and business acumen.
  • You are fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.

  • Experience in managing high-value commercial partnerships.
  • A background in data-driven sales or performance marketing.
  • Previous experience in the tech, fintech, or e-commerce industry.
