Hi, I'm Andreas Hallbygård, Team Manager for Area Services within Infrastructure & Security Operations. I'm looking for a driven and solution-oriented Contract Manager to join my team, with a focus on contract, financial and service management.

About Us
Infrastructure & Security Operations is part of SEB's Technology division. Our mission is to deliver world-class infrastructure and security services in areas such as Network, Operational Security, Observability, and Cloud. My team works cross-functionally to support these delivery areas with vendor, financial and service management.

About The Role
As a Contract Manager, you'll be part of a team of six colleagues. You'll take ownership of a portfolio of vendors and internal services, driving vendor governance, contract management, and financial steering throughout the full lifecycle—from onboarding to termination. You'll work independently with your portfolio of vendors and services, but always with a "one team" mindset, supporting each other and continuously improving our ways of working. Expect close collaboration with delivery teams, legal and procurement experts, financial controllers, and external technology vendors.

Your Responsibilities

• Define and communicate your portfolio of services in collaboration with delivery teams.
• Set and manage budgets, including internal pricing and chargeback models.
• Own vendor relationships and contracts, including vendor governance, contract and software license management.
• Lead procurement and contract negotiations, supported by legal and procurement experts.
• Ensure compliance with third party regulatory frameworks (e.g. DORA, EBA Outsourcing) and internal guidelines.
• Conduct market analysis and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Who You Are

• You bring positive energy, a proactive mindset, and a passion for getting things done.
• Proven experience in technology vendor and contract management, ideally within infrastructure or security services.
• Strong knowledge of third-party regulations in the financial sector (e.g., DORA, EBA Outsourcing) and practical experience applying them.
• Demonstrated skills in budgeting, financial management, and charge-back models for IT services.
• Good general understanding of technology in general and IT infrastructure in particular.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, from technical teams to senior leadership.
• A collaborative, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to drive change.

Meritorious Qualifications

• Experience in telecommunications and network services or cybersecurity services.
• Background in designing and selling these services on the supplier side is considered an advantage.
