• Food Processing: Support with state-of-the-art freezing knowledge both internally and to customers.
• Sales support leadership: Take responsibility for both small and large prospects driven by customer needs.
• Problem Solving: Investigate and find best solution to customer needs.
• Adequate dimensioning of freezers: Work on customer prospects, ensuring they are tailored to individual specifications.
• Collaboration: Work alongside a talented team to continuously enhance our products and deliver outstanding results.

• Understand the customers need and expectations.
• Perform freezing/chilling tests on customers food products.
• Dimension the freezer and choose best fit options for the specific customer.
• Gather cost, price and lead time for prospects.
• Support JBT Marel sales team when meeting customers.
• Support customers during start-up or issues.
• Educate both internal and external customers in food processing technology.

To excel in this role, we believe that you have following experience and knowledge:

• Educational Background: A degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Food Science or similar).
• Relevant Experience: minimum 5 years of experience from working as an Engineer (Mechanical, Refrigeration, Food) or in a sales support role.
• Food Process Experience: Experience in food processing environments and equipment is advantageous
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required; Swedish is advantageous, and additional languages are a plus.
• Personal Attributes: A strong willingness to learn, motivation, energy, and self-drive. You should enjoy both team and independent work, take responsibility, and be comfortable meeting new people/customers.

Our office is located in Helsingborg were we also have our assembly centre and test facilities. This role has a hybrid set up, with at least 3 days in the office and a possibility to work remotely 2 days per week. The job will include some travel, mainly in Europe.
