We are now looking for an EHSQ Manager (Environmental, Health, Safety, Quality) for our Helsingborg site

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and coaching a team of professional EHSQ specialists

  • Developing the local EHSQ strategy in collaboration with your team and ensuring alignment with Kemira's global standards

  • Ensuring compliance with Swedish environmental, health, safety and quality legislation and regulations

  • Driving continuous improvement in EHSQ performance and culture across the site

  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including authorities and certification bodies

  • Being a part of Kemira Helsingborg's leadership team

What you'll bring to the team:

  • University or technical degree in environmental science, biology, chemistry or a related field
  • Several years of qualified industrial experience in EHSQ roles
  • Strong understanding of Swedish EHS legislation and regulatory authorities
  • Proficiency in both Swedish and English
  • Several years of leadership experience with good references
  • A proactive and collaborative mindset, with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Ability to influence and engage others to drive a culture of safety and quality
