About the role
The Senior Program Consultant optimizes efforts to service clients in a high quality, cost effective manner for multiple client work locations.
Follows all phases of the client requisition process to encourage a fair and competitive environment as well as maintain adherence to program process compliance.
What you'll be doing
- Manage all requisition activity using VMS technology. Oversees the use of VMS technology to ensure optimum, cost-effective, timely, and high-quality results.
- Manage and coordinates client and supplier community interactions within assigned market area.
- Complete administrative tasks within the requisition process, including: scheduling, resolving tickets, managing time sheets adjustments or rejections.
- Establishe and maintains a proactive, positive working relationship with client.
- Provide program Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) training and updates to supplier community.
- Support program filling roles, working with suppliers to onboard efficiently and quickly.
- Communicate program procedural changes and updates to local Pontoon MSP suppliers and client.
About you
- Two (2) to five (5) years of experience in the MSP model within recruitment industry.
- Experience handling recruitment in IT or Engineering area.
- Fluent level of Swedish and English.
- Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
