for Supply Chain Strategy & Operations consulting. In our Nordic team you'll work hands-on with global operations leaders and private equity firms to shape and deliver value creation programs, combining operations excellence, supply chain management, and industrial AI.

The Impact You'll Have

• Shape and implement Value Creation Programs for clients.
• Improve core Supply Chain levers: S&OP/IBP, demand planning, inventory optimization, production scheduling, logistics & fulfillment, footprint optimization, make vs buy.
• Apply Industrial AI & Advanced analytics: forecasting, network optimization, digital twins, and copilot use‑cases.
• Drive behavioral change on the shop floor and operations teams, turning insights into sustainable ways of working.

What You'll Do

• Own workstreams within transformations: scope, analyze, build the business case, pilot, scale, and sustain.
• Build models & narratives: from data crunching and Excel / Python models to crisp storylines and C‑suite decks.
• Coach client teams: structure problem‑solving, run meetings, steer KPIs, and embed new routines.
• PE exposure: support drafting Point of Views on PE portfolios, conduct operational due diligence (ODD), and portfolio performance improvements.

What You'll Bring (must‑haves)

• 0–5 years of experience in supply chain/operations (consulting, industry, analyst programs, or internships).
• Master of Science in Industrial Management or Degree in Engineering with a Master in Management or Business Administration
• Analytical strength: advanced Excel, comfort with large datasets, ability to turn analysis into decisions.
• Bias to action & ownership: you finish what you start, chase outcomes, and go the extra mile for clients.
• Leadership potential: experience leading a stream, workshop, or small team, strong stakeholder presence.
• Hands‑on exposure to S&OP/IBP, demand & supply planning, inventory optimization, production planning, logistics, or network design.
• Willingness to travel across the Nordics and possibly globally.

Nice‑to‑haves

• Private Equity experience: ODD, VDD, value creation programs, or portfolio ops.
• Industrial AI / Analytics: Python or SQL, optimization/forecasting, Power BI/Tableau, experience with MLOps/Databricks/Cloud a plus.
