Who are you?

  • You have 3-10 years of experience with ERP Applications in various roles (Project Management, Solution Architecture, Application Consultant etc.)
  • You excel at solving complex problems and thrive in an environment defined by constant change, transformation, and high pace, working seamlessly across various industries and disciplines
  • You have a deep passion for strategy and digital business opportunities, with a track record of leading transformative initiatives
  • An ambitious leader who prioritizes teamwork and fosters a collaborative environment to achieve essential organizational goals
  • Strong organizational, project, and time management skills, with the ability to manage complex assignments efficiently
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas to diverse audiences

What should you have?

  • Substantial experience with established software vendors such as IFS and Microsoft
  • In-depth functional knowledge within multiple disciplines such as Finance, Projects, Supply Chain/Logistics, or Maintenance
  • An analytical and critical-thinking mindset focused on the bigger picture
  • Proven experience in leading workshops, soliciting input, and presenting ideas compellingly
  • A humble attitude, recognizing the value of lifelong learning
  • A customer-centric approach with a strong drive to build and nurture relationships
  • Fluency in Swedish & English is essential

What will you do?

As a senior advisory consultant at Dyve, you will lead key strategic initiatives for our new and existing clients. Examples include advising and leading our customers through significant transformations - facilitating and advising on strategy, management, and organizational challenges related to IT, Digital, and Business, or guiding clients through selecting, evaluating, and implementing business applications.

Additionally, you will play a crucial role in Dyve's internal business development activities, such as leading recruitment events, spearheading marketing efforts, and developing our service offerings. You will also mentor junior consultants, helping them grow and develop their skills.
