As Zinzino continues to expand into new markets, we are strengthening our Business Development organization with an experienced
Business Operations Project Manager
. This role is suited for someone with proven experience from business operations, market expansion and cross-functional execution, who can contribute with structure, pace and hands-on delivery from day one.

You will work closely with the Business Development team, and report to the Chief Development Officer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive and support the development and launch of new markets, as well as improvements in existing markets.
  • Own and coordinate operational workstreams within market expansion initiatives.
  • Translate business initiatives into concrete plans, actions and follow-up across functions such as logistics, finance, IT, marketing and communication.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring progress, alignment and timely delivery.
  • Contribute to market assessments, business cases and decision material for expansion projects.
  • Take ownership of documentation, integrations, regulatory tasks and operational readiness related to market launches.
  • Act as a key point of coordination between stakeholders to ensure efficient execution and information flow.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Finance or similar.
  • Several years of experience in business operations, market expansion, business development or similar roles.
  • Proven experience working cross-functionally in international or multi-market environments.
  • Strong ability to drive execution, structure complex initiatives and follow up on progress.
  • Comfortable working hands-on while maintaining a holistic business perspective.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Merit: experience in expansion in Asia, especially APAC region.
