Technical Business Solution Analyst – Direct to consumer Brands

Fenix Outdoor — home to iconic brands like Fjällräven — is looking for a Technical Business Solution Analyst. Join our team of outdoor enthusiasts and help us revolutionize the way people shop for outdoor products while driving growth and success in our Direct to Consumer business.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Technical Business Solution Analyst you will play a key role in maintaining and developing our technology online and in our stores. This includes areas such as e-commerce, in-store technology, loyalty programs, direct email marketing and customer care support.

You will be responsible for analysing opportunities or problems, designing solutions, facilitating refinements, preparing stories for development, and delivering high quality products to the business. You'll also play a part in performing quality control throughout the development process.

This position is a full-time temporary position for 6 months with the potential for extension. You will report directly to our Product Lead DTC Brands.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with key stakeholders to identify business needs and improvement opportunities.
• Preparing requirements and writing user stories based on input from business stakeholders.
• Analysing and designing effective solutions to achieve business goals.
• Conducting and facilitating refinement workshops.
• Coordinating requirements and necessary changes to third parties.
• Onboarding stakeholders to new digital solutions and facilitating adoption.
• Ensuring solutions are thoroughly documented.
• Acting as a subject matter expert and providing guidance across teams.

WHO YOU ARE

We believe you'll be a great fit if you have:

• At least 3 years of experience in a technical, digitally driven e-commerce role.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to process information quickly.
• Analytical thinking and a structured problem-solving approach.
• Great attention to detail and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• The ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, accessible way.
• Familiar working in an agile environment.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Experiences with design thinking is a plus.
• A love for the outdoors and sustainability is not just a buzzword for you.

This is a full-time, temporary position for 6 months with the potential for extension, based at our office in Solna. Our office policy allows for one work-from-home day per week; on the remaining days we work from the office.
