Right now,
we need to strengthen our central HR team with a HR Data & Systems Specialist who will be responsible for our global HR & Talent systems and providing great support to our employees.

In this role
, you'll focus on ensuring an effective workflow in the systems for all users and build bridges both within and between other departments. You will perform regular data reporting and analytics that provides valuable insights and supports key people decision making.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Global HR / Talent systems

  • System owner and main point of contact for HR System & Learning Platform, both internally & externally
  • Implement structures, flows, & learning journeys to support HR/Talent processes and and a seamless connection between systems
  • Ensure clear guidelines, proper training, and general support
  • Stay on top of product updates and proactively drive continuously improvement projects

Data reporting & analysis

  • Prepare and report HR data on a regular basis to HR and other departments, such as Finance and Sustainability teams
  • Perform data analysis of set KPI's and transform these into real insights
  • Visualise key workplace data metrics in ppt and make recommendations
  • Ensure a high data quality & that it is processed & stored in compliance with GDPR

HR & Talent project support

  • Working with a wide array of senior stakeholders and other members of the HR team to support with a variety of HR projects
  • Create a service-oriented ethos, building relationships within the HR function to help uncover opportunities for efficiency through process change and better use of technology

Who we're looking for:

  • We are looking for someone with approximately 2 years' experience – but what matters most is your ability to learn, collaborate and making an impact
  • Proactive & inclusive mindset, great attention for detail, and analytical skills
  • Embracing the challenge of working in a scale up business across multiple geographies and in various levels of the organisation

You probably have the following experiences & skills:

  • 2+ years experience in a similar role as a HR Systems Specialist within a global company or as an Analyst/Associate at a management consultancy
  • Bachelor within Business & Administration, Economics, Statistics or HR field
  • Great skills in Excel, Powerpoint and experience of working in an established HR system and are used to apply AI tools to support your work
