About The Job
We are currently seeking an additional resource to support our Master planner in such processes as New Product Launches, Assortment analysis and reduction of obsolescence. The role primarily will support Factory in the NPD process and correct stocking assortment analysis, when we are aiming to use InAct tool to help us to refine our standard market offer.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, analyze and reduce stockouts or excess inventory.
• Procurement Coordination: Collaborate with production and procurement teams if any pre-buy decisions are made
• Decide, together with Project Manager, stocking assortment and market offer in process of phase in and phase out of our products, responsible to identify, populate and calculate correct parameters in Jeeves, ensuring stock build up process is sufficient and meet Product Management decision
• Analysis of stocked assortment and timely phasing out and dispositioning of parts
• Support supply chain division in the ALPS process, with immediate assignments and tasks and also improvements

The role is based in Lund; you will be part of the management team for Supply chain department.
This position is fixed term from January 2026 till December 2026.

What You Know

• You have excellent product knowledge, and you work efficiently cross functionally
• You have worked in or have an have solid understanding of how an ERP system (preferably in Microsoft D365) is used to enforce supply chain directives
• You are proficient with Microsoft Office
• Good knowledge of LEAN is an advantage
• You have an excellent command of English, and you are fluent in in Swedish
• You have Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering/Supply Chain (is a minimum requirement), - Supply Chain degree is preferred. Master degree is a plus
• You possess 3-4 years of experience in Alfa Laval GPHE in manufacturing
