Your Impact
As a Splunk Partner Technical Manager (PTM) specializing in the MSP business, you will be pivotal in driving technical growth and deepening Splunk's presence within Managed Service Provider partnerships across the Nordics. You will collaborate closely with MSP partners, channel sales, Solutions Engineering, and Professional Services to deliver tailored technical enablement, business planning, and product adoption strategies that address the unique needs of MSPs. Your expertise will help MSPs build scalable, efficient, and innovative offerings powered by Splunk, enabling them to deliver managed security, observability, and data analytics services to their customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • MSP Partner Enablement & Business Planning: Lead technical enablement and business planning specifically for MSP partners, developing customized Technical Account Plans that support MSP business models and align with Splunk's Partner programs.
  • Evangelize MSP-Focused Splunk Solutions: Champion Splunk's solutions tailored for MSP use cases, including managed security services, cloud monitoring, and automated analytics. Enable MSPs to expand their service portfolio and technical capabilities to meet evolving customer demands.
  • Build Strategic MSP Relationships: Establish and nurture strong technical and business relationships with MSP partners and key stakeholders. Coordinate internal Splunk resources to support MSP-specific engagements and foster advocacy within MSP organizations.
  • Technical Sales & MSP Solution Support: Provide MSP-specific technical sales support, including product training, pre-sales assistance, and ensuring MSP partners leverage the right Splunk resources for successful service deployment and customer delivery.
  • Drive MSP Solution Delivery & Partner Advocacy: Collaborate with MSP partners on service delivery excellence, customer satisfaction, and demonstrating quantifiable business value. Represent MSP partner interests within Splunk and present MSP-enabled solutions at industry forums and customer events.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales or partner management, with a strong understanding of working with MSPs.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical and business value to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive partner success.
  • Fluent in one Nordic language & English, both written and spoken
  • Additional background in Big Data, Machine Learning, APM, IoT, Operational Intelligence is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ideally first hands-on experience in Security and/or Observability
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Diverse educational backgrounds are welcome.
