Senior Product Design Lead
to join us and elevate our product experience across the board.

What You Will Be Doing
As a Senior Product Design Lead at Anyfin, you will drive the vision, quality, and execution of the design experience across multiple product areas. You connect design quality to strategy and measurable business results.

You will lead the Product Design team while working hands-on the majority of your time. When we say lead, we mean
by example
: you maintain a high bar for visual and interaction design and bring clarity to complex problem spaces. You're a true player/coach — someone who can zoom into the finer details of the craft while coaching others to raise our collective output.

Collaboration is central to the role. You don't just work closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing—you define and evolve the ways of working across discovery, delivery, and validation, ensuring what we ship is beautiful, intuitive, strategically aligned, and measurably impactful. You will guide teams through discovery, delivery, and validation and help break down complex financial concepts into clear, elegant, user-friendly experiences.

Your work will have a direct impact on how customers interact with their finances, and your contributions will play a big part in our mission of making financial well-being happen.

Who You Are
We're looking for someone who thrives at the intersection of leadership, craft, and strategic thinking — someone who elevates the team while pushing the quality of the product experience forward. Here's what we're looking for:

• You have deep experience leading product design in fast-paced environments and are comfortable guiding multiple product areas at once. Fintech or financial services experience is a bonus.
• You bring a deep understanding of UX design patterns and usability principles, and you set a consistently high visual and interaction bar.
• You excel at translating complex problems into simple, elegant, user-centric solutions.
• You have strong native mobile design expertise, from navigation patterns to platform conventions.
• You lead cross‑functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Marketing, aligning stakeholders and decisions across multiple product areas.
• You're comfortable defining and running product discovery and validation activities and tying design decisions directly to business goals and measurable outcomes.
• You design within regulatory and compliance constraints (e.g., KYC/AML, disclosures) without sacrificing clarity or user experience.
• You're comfortable defining and running product discovery and validation activities, and you consistently link design decisions to business goals and measurable outcomes.
• You have experience designing within regulatory or compliance constraints without sacrificing user experience.
• You have experience owning or scaling design systems — ensuring accessibility, consistency, and efficiency across teams.
