CISO
som kan ta ett övergripande ansvar för informationssäkerheten och verka i både försvarsrelaterade och civila miljöer. Rollen kombinerar strategiskt ledarskap med djup teknisk förståelse.

Om rollen

Som CISO ansvarar du för att driva och utveckla säkerhetsarbetet på högsta nivå. Du leder långsiktiga initiativ, etablerar robusta processer och kan samtidigt gå på djupet i komplexa IT- och säkerhetslösningar. Du samarbetar med ledning, säkerhetsfunktioner och tekniska team för att säkerställa en hög säkerhetsmognad genom hela organisationen.

Din bakgrund

  • Minst 15 års erfarenhet inom IT, varav 5–10 år inom säkerhetsskyddad verksamhet
  • Erfarenhet av att implementera plattformar såsom ServiceNow, IAM, logghantering och PKI
  • Bakgrund från aktörer som Försvarsmakten, FMV, MSB, PTS, Polisen eller försvarsindustrin
  • God förståelse för både juridik och teknik, inklusive LUFS, OSL, säkerhetsskyddsarbete och ISO 27001
  • Van vid säkerhetsskyddsanalys, signalskydd och informationsklassning
  • Förmåga att omsätta arkitekturkrav till hållbara tekniska lösningar
  • Bred förståelse för ITIL/IT4IT, ITOM och ITSM

Meriterande certifieringar

CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, ITIL 4, PMP/IPMA/PRINCE2 samt utbildning inom säkerhetsskydd och signalskydd.
