What you will be doing…

• Collaborate with the GM to prepare the Customer and Content Strategy for approval
• Plan, implement, and follow up on events, campaigns, advertising, and communication actions in line with the CCS
• Analyse market, customer, and competitor studies to identify key challenges and recommend further research
• Translate strategic positioning into operational actions in alignment with URW HQ Northern Europe Marketing (SE/DK/NL)
• Develop differentiating strategies through regular benchmarking
• Support the HoM in preparing and managing tenders for marketing and communication suppliers
• Evaluate each marketing action with qualitative and quantitative metrics, suggesting improvements
• Coordinate marketing suppliers and agencies, ensuring strong partnerships and high-quality delivery
• Align with RISE to meet income and footfall targets
• Maintain and update the centre's digital channels daily
• Engage with tenants through association meetings and regular on-site contact to gain support for marketing initiatives
• Monitor budgets rigorously to optimise spending across all operations
• Draft local press communications in collaboration with the HoM

What skills, experience, and knowledge will you need to be successful?

• 2–3 years of experience in marketing
• A creative mindset with a sharp eye for detail
• A relevant university degree in marketing or a related field
• Strong interest and knowledge in retail
• Proven project management experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
