Marketing Manager

SAMON is looking for a hands‑on and driven Marketing Manager to join our team at the head office in Vellinge, just south of Malmö. In this role you will take operational ownership of our marketing activities while contributing to strategic growth initiatives. You will also get the chance to support activities in Safe Monitoring Group – a fast‑growing group of gas‑detection companies. You'll thrive in a high‑pace environment where your ideas, execution and teamwork matter. Remote work is not an option; your presence on‑site supports tight collaboration and rapid execution.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & CRM Automation

• Manage and enhance SAMON's and SMG's websites (WordPress)
• Act as super user for Zoho CRM – design workflows, integrate lead forms and automate campaign flows
• Create and optimise landing pages, ensure lead capture and CRM integration
• Create and manage online campaigns
• Monitor key performance indicators, deliver monthly analytics and actionable insights
• Own email marketing efforts: audience segmentation, campaign design, execution and performance tracking

Documentation & Translations

• Finalise and manage multilingual marketing collateral: brochures, manuals, datasheets, websites (EN, DE, FR, ES, SE)
• Coordinate translation workflows, maintain version control and ensure consistency
• Support rollout of structured document management systems

Design & Content Support

• Assist with creation of visual marketing assets: brochures, ads, digital content using Adobe Creative Cloud
• Collaborate on campaigns, trade‑shows, social media content and demand‑generation activities
• Bring a graphic eye and hands‑on layout experience (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

Innovation & Tools

• Leverage modern tools and AI (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, ElevenLabs) to streamline marketing workflows
• Recommend, adopt and embed new marketing technologies and methods that improve team performance

What We're Looking For

• 4–6 years
   of B2B marketing experience, ideally within a technical or industrial environment
• Proven execution capability in digital marketing, automation, content management and campaign delivery
• Skilled in WordPress, Zoho CRM and email automation
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken); additional languages (Spanish, German, French) are a distinct plus
• Experience working in an international environment and coordinating multilingual documentation
• A structured self‑starter who brings energy, initiative and ownership to a small, agile team
• Able to thrive under pressure, handle shifting priorities and maintain high quality of work
