Project Manager Nordics

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading software implementation and follow-up projects. You will collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure successful delivery and long-term value.

In this role you will:

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines and budgets, ensuring alignment with client needs, business value, industry best practices as well as Planon's implementation process.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and proactively addressing risks and conflicting interests.
• Lead cross-functional and multicultural teams, assigning responsibilities, tracking progress, and ensuring accountability for high-quality deliverables.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, adapting plans and coordinating solutions to maintain project momentum and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Training, Support and Account Management, on pre-project activities (such as POCs and RFPs), user adoption, and long-term client success.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, track KPIs, and drive continuous improvement and quality throughout the project lifecycle.

Profile
We are looking for a skilled Project Manager who thrives in complex software environments and leads enterprise-level implementations with clarity and confidence. You are client-focused, analytical, and persuasive, able to navigate shifting priorities and align stakeholders around shared goals. With a strong grasp of enterprise software and change management, you build trust and deliver results.

You bring:

• 5+ years of experience managing client-facing software implementation and/or consulting projects for enterprise organizations.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders in dynamic, multicultural environments.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent projects with precision.
• Ability to advise customers on business cases, optimization tactics and to drive change.
• Excellent communication skills to motivate teams, navigate challenges, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Fluent in English and Swedish or Danish (any other Nordic language is a plus); willingness to travel occasionally.

It is a bonus if you bring:

• Prince2, PMP, IPMA or a similar qualification.
• Experience with IoT applications and building management solutions.
