We're searching for a Creative Digital Experience Designer to help shape how millions of people around the world interact with our brands online. You'll transform ideas, stories, and campaigns into powerful, immersive experiences that captivate, convert, and inspire.

The Challenge
We're scaling dozens of digital brands across global markets — fast. Your mission: to make every storefront feel like its own world. From bold campaign concepts to seamless shopping journeys, you'll merge creativity and strategy to bring our vision of world-class direct-to-consumer experiences to life.
This role is ideal for a designer who loves both storytelling and systems — someone who can craft visually stunning layouts, optimize user flows, and ensure that every design decision drives growth.
A Day in the Life- Dream up and design digital experiences that tell stories — bringing campaigns, products, and promotions to life through compelling visuals and intuitive user journeys.
- Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to transform ideas into interactive, conversion-focused experiences.
- Use modern design tools and platforms (Shopify, Webflow, Figma, etc.) as your creative canvas to build and refine online experiences.
- Experiment, test, and iterate — continuously improving the visual and emotional impact of our digital touchpoints.
- Stay inspired by trends in design, culture, and technology — and bring fresh creative energy to every project.
Your Team When You Join Us
You'll join a diverse, global crew of creators, strategists, and marketers — all obsessed with building brands that matter. Reporting to the Bulk Store Manager, you'll collaborate with an eight-member creative and marketing team dedicated to growing visibility and engagement across our portfolio of international stores.
We would love to hear from you if…
- 1+ year of experience in digital design, UI/UX, or creative e-commerce (Shopify, Webflow, or similar).
- A strong command of visual design, layout, and brand storytelling — backed by proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or front-end tools to bring your designs to life (or an eagerness to learn).
- A creative portfolio that shows both aesthetic flair and problem-solving power — you think in systems, not just screens.
- An experimental, growth-oriented mindset — you're comfortable trying, testing, and iterating fast.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit that thrives in a fully remote, global team.
Let's Set Expectations First
- This is not a salaried position. This is an Independent Contractor role.
- You must be able to commit at least 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week.
- We require everybody in the team to use Hubstaff ) to track hours worked.
Compensation
- We pay on an hourly basis.
