We are now looking for a Digital/Motion Designer to join our growing team. The position is suited to someone who thrives in a startup-like agency environment and who is passionate about applying his or her creative ability to digital communication, marketing and activation.

As a Digital/Motion Designer at Pointseven, your role will be to design amazing digital customer experiences and communication assets. You will also guide our clients towards strong creative solutions based on the opportunities of each platform and channels.

  • Fluent in English (Swedish is a plus)
  • Confident presenting ideas, guiding clients, and inspiring them through a consultative approach

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 3+ years of experience in digital design, preferably within an agency
  • Strong skills in digital design, motion graphics, and editing across the customer journey
  • Proficiency in Adobe CC Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing, creative best practices, and channel opportunities
  • Technical know-how in design formats and production for digital channels
  • Experience with creative automation tools (e.g. Bannerflow) is a plus
  • Comfortable using and learning new AI tools to streamline workflows and spark new creative solutions
