We're on the lookout for a Dispute Process Consultant to review, audit, and enhance our current disputes process, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and assess the company's existing e-commerce disputes process from end to end
• Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and compliance gaps
• Recommend and document improvements to policies, workflows, and response procedures
• Provide expert consulting and training to internal team members on best practices and dispute management strategies
• Support implementation of improved dispute resolution frameworks

We would love to hear from you if…

• Proven experience handling e-commerce disputes, particularly with PayPal, Klarna, and similar payment platforms
• Strong understanding of dispute resolution processes, chargebacks, and consumer protection regulations
• Background in e-commerce operations, risk management, or payment compliance
• Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills
• Prior consulting experience preferred
