Macade is one of the world's fastest-growing brands within golf apparel, worn by some of the brightest shining stars on the PGA, LPGA and European Tour. Founded in 2019, we began by offering a small collection of sleek, well-fitted, and thoroughly tested gear to friends and family. Today, after clothing over 100,000 golfers worldwide, our mission continues to grow.

We're now strengthening our product organization – and we're looking for a Product Development Lead to drive the production process from concept to delivery. In this hands-on role, you'll partner with the Senior Designer on product development while leading production from initial concept through to bulk delivery. You'll ensure that every product meets Macade's high standards for fit, quality and performance, while keeping timelines, suppliers and costs on track.

The position is based at our headquarters in central Stockholm.

Main responsibilities:


• Partner with the Senior Designer on product development and design execution.


• Lead the production process from concept to delivery, ensuring deadlines, quality and cost targets are met.


• Manage sampling, fittings and approvals in close collaboration with Designer and Brand Director.


• Ensure product quality, consistency and performance across all categories.


• Coordinate communication between design, sourcing, factories and logistics partners.


• Oversee production timelines, cost targets and supplier performance.


• Identify and drive process improvements across the production chain.


• Support seasonal planning and product launch readiness across internal teams.

Desired Profile

We believe the right candidate brings hands-on experience from technical apparel development and production, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to translate creative ideas into scalable, high-quality products.

You likely have:


• 5+ years of experience within product development, production or quality assurance – preferably in performance or active apparel.


• Strong technical understanding of fit, materials and garment construction.


• Proven experience managing suppliers and international production.


• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a proactive mindset.


• Proficiency in Excel, PLM systems and Adobe Suite; CLO3D is a plus.


• Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
