Your role

We're looking for a dynamic sales and marketing professional who thrives in a collaborative environment. Are you ready to tackle the challenges of Industry 4.0 and Automation, where the complexity of products increases alongside sales?

As our Sales and Marketing Manager for Service, you'll spearhead sales and marketing activities across the Nordic region, manage our diverse product portfolio, and develop strategic marketing plans that resonate with our customers.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to drive sales growth for our service products across the Nordics.
  • Work closely with key accounts to identify customer needs and tailor solutions that deliver exceptional value.
  • Lead a small, dedicated team, fostering a culture of collaboration and creativity, while training and supporting our sales teams.
  • Manage pricing, promotions and sales channels for our service products
  • Continuously improve efficiency in service sales and operations within a united service sales organization.

You'll report to the Business Line Manager Service Nordic, be part of the Service Management Team, collaborating with a team dedicated to delivering exceptional service and technical knowledge for both software and hardware. This role requires travel within Sweden and the Nordic region.

To succeed, you will need

You have experience in sales and marketing; we value experience and/or understanding of service sales. You understand how to communicate customer value and enjoy working in a collaborative, cross‑functional environment. You are comfortable navigating technical topics and finding innovative ways to solve challenges.

You bring:

  • Experience in sales and marketing (service sales experience is an advantage)
  • A strong customer‑focused mindset and the ability to translate needs into solutions
  • Technical understanding and interest in industrial products
  • Experience leading or coaching teams
  • Fluency in Swedish and English
  • A valid B driver's license
  • Experience contributing to diversity and inclusion is highly valued

Job location
