We are hiring Data Analyst – Business Analytics Developmentsfor the position based in Stockholm, Sweden (Minimum 2 days/week at office).

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst will have deep expertise in Power BI, data modeling, and enterprise reporting, with the ability to design and maintain trusted semantic models in a data lake house environment. This role involves collaborating with business and technical teams, improving data model frameworks, and guiding users in leveraging analytics tools effectively.

Required Experience/Competences:

  • Proven experience in Power BI (development of data models and reports – Senior/Advisor level).
  • Strong experience in Data Modelling and SQL (Senior level).
  • Hands-on experience in Access Management and Information Security.
  • Proficiency in knowledge sharing and end-user training on Power BI and data utilization.
  • Experience working in Agile teams.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English (mandatory).
  • Experience with Tabular Models in Analysis Services.
  • Exposure to Microsoft Fabric.
  • Experience with databases, data warehouses, data lakes, or Cloud environments.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, DBT, and Databricks.
  • Understanding of IT Architecture principles.

  • Ability to translate technical data insights into business value.
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and proactive in improving processes.
