We are hiring Senior Analytics Engineerfor the position based in Lund, Sweden (Onsite).

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, or a related field.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer with strong expertise in developing intelligent scene representations, semantic data models, and real-time analytical solutions. This role will involve designing and implementing advanced systems for multi-source data fusion and contextual understanding, contributing directly to next-generation perception and decision-making platforms.

Required Experience/Competences:

  • 7–8 years of hands-on experience in Software development using Python and C++.
  • Strong foundation in architectural design, maintainable coding practices, and end-to-end development cycles.
  • Proven experience in semantic modeling, scene understanding, and multi-source data fusion.
  • Solid understanding of computer vision, video analysis, and real-time analytics.
  • Proficiency in algorithm design, data handling, and system optimization.
  • Experience deploying solutions in operational or production-grade environments.
  • Prior experience leading or mentoring technical teams.
  • Familiarity with multimodal data integration beyond video.
  • Background in developing analytics platforms for safety or operational efficiency.
  • Working knowledge of the Swedish language is a plus.
