Swedish & Norwegian Speaking Customer Support Specialist - Banking (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Swedish & Norwegian speaking Customer Support Specialist who wants to be part of Tietoevry Banking. When joining Tietoevry Banking as a Swedish & Norwegian Speaking Customer Support Consultant:

As a Swedish & Norwegian-speaking customer service representative at Tietoevry Banking, you will work independently handling incoming calls and providing high-quality service to customers. The majority of your tasks will involve financial services and supporting the bank's end customers, such as card blocking and more. Your work will be carried out in Swedish, Norwegian and English.

This position offers you the opportunity to work with a fantastic team of 14 individuals where good collaboration and a pleasant work environment are highly valued. We are staffed around the clock, which means that shifts may occur during daytime, evenings, nighttime, and weekends/holidays.

 

Employment Type: Fixed-term employment - hourly.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls, email or chat from customers and assist them with their inquiries.

• Register all incoming cases in various systems.

• Resolve incoming cases based on the situation.

• Provide top-level service and customer interaction to ensure the best solution for the customer's situation.

• Work towards creating and developing good collaborations with the company's customers.
  
   

Qualifications:

• Speaks & writes Swedish, Norwegian and English fluently.

• Has previous experience in a customer service role where you interacted with individuals, via phone, in-store, restaurant, etc.

• High school diploma.

• Service-minded.

• Good knowledge of computer systems.
