Responsibilities:

To support its strong growth in the electronics markets in the Nordics, TCL Nordics is looking for a Sr Marketing Manager to elaborate and manage the marketing plan for the Nordic market for all product categories (TV, MDA, Soundbars, AC, IOT...), aligned with the business plan of the Country Manager, Commercial Director, and EU marketing KPIs.

Marketing team lead:

  • Managing the local marketing budget to ensure all campaigns are forecast correctly, delivering on the global strategic objectives and fall within budget.
  • Manage the marketing team: Retail Marketing Manager, Brand Marketing Manager and Merchandisers (Retail Specialists).
  • Collaborating closely with local sales team to develop a marketing plan aligning marketing investment with sales / trade-marketing plans.
  • Being involved in TCL Nordics business planning process (quarterly forecasting, reporting to the top management on the plan and progression of the marketing actions for key product launch, budget monthly reviews)
  • Provide management and direction for the Sales Team, ensuring that campaigns are executed optimally for the local market but in line with the global strategy.

Digital Lead:

  • Remain at the forefront of marketing techniques understanding of all platforms, digital, social, online etc. Evaluate relevant data/statistics to ensure campaigns are tracked and optimized at all times.
  • Manage and follow-up TCL owned digital campaigns (SEA, Display campaigns, emailing acquisition & CRM) with the local agencies. Coordinate with HQ digital teams regarding global digital campaigns. Adapt the plan and strategy vs business objectives and continuously improve ROI.
  • Manage the e-retail plan & budget investments for ongoing consideration & conversion campaigns with the advertizing networks, follow up the KPIs vs benchmarks
  • Plan and manage the media strategy and brand content strategy with the support of the local agency. Develop local customized content to develop the brand awareness , product consideration to improve TCL share of voice and brand engagement. Coordinate with HQ team regarding dedicated global campaign and adapt locally.

PR Lead:

  • Be the spokeperson for all PR activities, plan and manage the Nordic agencies. Plan product launch events, press trips, sponsored contents and product testing to develop TCL share of voice in tech, gaming & general media. Build a long term relationship with key media to improve TCL exposure and product legitimacy.
  • Set and manage with the agency the KOL programs to promote TCL offer and major sponsoring.
  • Media planning. Briefing and managing of the local media agency. Develop and execute high impact, digital & ATL media campaigns.
  • Insights: support the KAMs & country manager/commercial director requests on sell-out analysis with the support of GFK. Support the EU & HQ teams requests regarding customer survey & insights. Develop strong insights based on market analysis, audiences deep dive and studies.
  • Customer management of major account (annual marketing plans).

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Channel marketing & digital marketing , PR
  • Consumer electronics knowledge preferred
  • Team Player, Proactive, accountable, self-driven, flexible, creative, positive. Needs to be comfortable with data and have the ability to analyse sales information, budgets, market trends and deliver against key commercial KPI.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
