Your role

We are now looking for a Pricing Controller to join our Divisional Finance team in the Industrial Technique business area at Atlas Copco, in the role you support the Motor Vehicle Industry (MVI) and General Industry (GI) Divisions.

You act as our global pricing expert, focusing on pricing strategy, revenue management, and business control. Collaborating with teams across Marketing, Logistics, Finance, and Customer Centers worldwide, turning data into actionable insights to support strategic decisions. You will play a key role in driving digitalization and automation in pricing and costing processes, with a strong focus on creating value for the business. You report to the Vice President Business Control for the MVI Division.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Leading pricing and costing reviews with cross-functional teams, identifying smart and efficient solutions
  • Ensuring global transfer pricing compliance
  • Calculating and analyzing product and factory costs

    Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports in Power BI for Marketing and Finance teams
  • Supporting new product and service launches
  • Driving strategic pricing and costing initiatives to improve profitability
  • Handling day-to-day and ad-hoc requests related to pricing, analytics, and master data/logistics
  • Leading automation and digitalization projects to enhance support for internal stakeholders
To succeed, you will need
  • A university degree in Business, Economics, or Engineering
  • A few years of experience in pricing, controlling, or marketing
  • Analytical skills and a digital mindset
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and SAP
  • Communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders
  • Fluency in English

Job location

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our HQ in Sickla, Sweden.
