About the roleAs Head of Account Management at Voyado, you will lead and develop a team of, as of today, six talented Key Account Managers and Account Managers, playing a central role in driving long-term customer growth across our expanding customer base. This is a highly strategic role where leadership, commercial ownership, and customer-centric thinking come together.
You will be responsible for setting the direction for the team, strengthening our customer relationships, and ensuring we deliver continuous value to retailers and brands across our markets. Through ongoing coaching, structured development conversations, and clear performance guidance, you'll empower your team to excel, and ensure that every interaction with our customers reflects the quality and professionalism we stand for. In the role you will report to our Account Management Director.

Lead and manage a team of Key Account Managers and Account Managers, with full responsibility for coaching, performance development, salary reviews, and ongoing 1:1s.
Ensure long-term growth and high customer satisfaction within the existing customer base by supporting the team in upsell discussions, renewals, and value-driven customer interactions.
Review and challenge the team's pipeline on a weekly basis, ensuring accuracy, progression, and alignment with MEDDPICC methodology.
Join customer meetings as needed, providing guidance, and a strategic voice for key accounts.
Manage a selected portfolio of strategic accounts yourself
Drive strategic initiatives across the business, influencing areas such as pricing, product development, and cross-functional collaboration.
Act as a strong internal voice for customer needs and Account Management insights, ensuring we continue raising the bar across the organisation.
You're an inspiring leader with a commercial mindset and the ability to navigate complexity, whether it's customer organisations, technical landscapes, or multi-dimensional deals. You combine clarity with empathy, structure with creativity, and coaching with accountability.
You likely recognise yourself in this:
You have solid experience from the SaaS industry, ideally in a fast-growing environment.
You bring proven leadership experience, including responsibilities such as coaching, salary reviews, and performance development.
You have hands-on experience with complex sales, both in terms of organisational structures and technical product landscapes.
You're comfortable driving contract negotiations and supporting teams through high-stakes commercial moments.
You have experience with value-based selling frameworks, ideally MEDDPICC.
You communicate fluently in Swedish and English.
Bonus points for:
Experience in e-commerce or CRM platforms.
A strong understanding of digital retail ecosystems.
Knowledge in Retail Media
