Mehrwerk is looking for a Sales and Account Manager

We are now looking for a Sales and Account Manager responsible for B2B new sales and account management in the Finnish market.
You will be part of our Nordic Sales and Account team and report to the Nordic Head of Sales and Account Management. You will work with strategic consulting and sales of loyalty-building concepts to new corporate customers, primarily within banking, insurance, energy, and telecom.
As our new Sales and Account Manager, you will meet exciting clients and prospects, participate in and contribute to projects across different departments, and work closely with our product and marketing teams. The position is based in Stockholm.

You should have
a minimum of 5 years of experience
in managing customer relationships, sales, and business development. Experience working with large organizations and more complex, integrated products/services is highly desirable. If you have experience in banking, insurance, or telecom, that is considered an advantage.
We are looking for someone who
- Speaks and writes fluent Finnish and English
- Takes initiative, drives activities forward, and delivers results.
- Works well with others – relates to people in a responsive and flexible way, listens, and communicates effectively.
- Has a clear commercial mindset, strong customer focus, and the ability to influence and persuade.
- Is self-driven – takes responsibility for their work, structures their approach, and ensures processes are completed successfully.
- Excels in communication – verbal, written, and visual – and stays aware of trends.
Ideally, you have a
university degree
and experience working with customers at a strategic level.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the entire sales process, from identifying prospects to signing agreements
- Maintain and grow existing, Finnish customers
- Stay updated on market trends, identify customer needs, and participate in networking within relevant industry forums
- Prepare and present opportunities and solutions to potential and existing customers
- Contribute to optimizing routines, developing our products, and leveraging company resources
