Your mission…
Keep on reading, we are looking for an E-activation Manager to strengthen the Digital & E-commerce team in our L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty division in Stockholm, Sweden.

In this role, you will be at the forefront of our online brand expression, ensuring our science-backed skincare brands (such as La Roche-Posay, CeraVe, and Vichy) are best-in-class across all digital touchpoints. You will be instrumental in optimizing the consumer journey from discovery to purchase, driving conversion through superior content and seamless e-activations strategies within our Nordic operations.

Key job responsibilities

  • Cross-Team Stakeholder Management: Close collaboration with Key Account Managers to build a full 360 strategy for e-commerce clients
  • Oversee Brand expression on client websites: Manage brand expression and category pages , including content updates, performance monitoring, and technical maintenance to ensure a premium user experience.
  • Manage Digital Content and Activations: Be responsible for the adaptation, creation, and maintenance of high-quality assets (images, videos, copy) across brand websites and e-retailer platforms, ensuring alignment with brand DNA.
  • Analyze & Optimize: Continuously monitor digital KPIs, analyze content performance and e-retail metrics to generate insights and implement data-driven improvements.
  • Own the E-Merchandising Strategy: Ensure excellent execution on e-retail platforms, optimizing product visibility, search rankings, and conversion rates to drive sales performance

We are looking for…

  • Experienced in Marketing: You have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in content management, or a similar digital marketing or e-merchandising role.
  • A Content & UX Expert: You have a strong eye for detail and understand how visual content drives consumer engagement and conversion.
  • Commercially Minded: You understand the e-retail landscape and are result-driven, capable of linking content strategies to sales performance.
  • Analytical: You are comfortable working with data, analyzing performance metrics, and translating insights into actionable business opportunities.
  • Tech-Savvy: You are familiar with CMS platforms, SEO best practices, and digital asset management tools.
  • Collaborative: You have strong interpersonal skills and can interact effectively with local brand teams, regional digital teams, and external agencies.
  • Fluent in English: Proficiency in a Nordic language (especially Swedish) is a strong advantage.
