At Vainu, we have always been obsessed with efficiency. We are already automating a multitude of tasks using AI for content creation, ad copy, and visual design. We are building a future where a team of AI agents handles the boring stuff so humans can shine.

Now, we need you to help Vainu shine in Sweden.

We are looking for a Growth & AI Activation Manager to join our Stockholm team. You will be the bridge between our cutting-edge tech and the Swedish market, turning AI curiosity into smarter tools, sharper processes, and real revenue growth.

The Role: Hype, Events & Scalable Ops

This is a hybrid role for a commercial-minded marketer and tech enthusiast. You aren't just managing campaigns; you are building the engine.

  • Take the Stage: Organize events that make Vainu the go-to name in the Swedish market.

  • Build the Machine: Work hands-on with HubSpot—using the CMS, automations, and workflows to build smooth, scalable marketing operations.

  • Be the Evangelist: Act as an internal hype engine and an external storyteller. You turn prospects into event attendees and attendees into Vainu evangelists.

  • Innovate: Experiment with tools like n8n, Claude, LLMs, and low-code automation to shape the future of our marketing.

The "Boring" But Important Details

We believe in transparency. Here are the practicalities you need to know before applying:

  • Location: Stockholm, Drottninggatan 55.

  • Work Model: Hybrid with a requirement to work at least 3 days at the office. We believe innovation happens when we are together. Your role requires close collaboration with the team.

  • Language: You must have Native-level proficiency in Swedish and professional fluency in English. This is non-negotiable as you are the face of Vainu in Sweden.

  • Monthly Salary: SEK 40, ,000 per month, able to stretch it for exceptional candidates.

  • The AI Edge: You have hands-on experience (or a fierce willingness to learn) with tools like and other low-code automation

  • The Toolkit: You are familiar with HubSpot (CMS/Workflows), Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

  • The Experience: You have a background in B2B growth, marketing, or a commercial role where you've utilized tech to drive results.
