Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic Facility Manager to join our Asset Lifecycle Management ITAD Team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of the physical facility, including all maintenance, security, and infrastructure systems. You will also manage vendor relationships and optimize operational costs to support core business activities.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the daily operations of the facility, including preventive and corrective maintenance, to ensure maximum uptime and operational efficiency.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders like Operations, Security, and Finance to align facility management strategies with overall business objectives and budget adherence.

  • Ensure compliance with all local and national safety, environmental, and regulatory standards (e.g., fire safety, waste management) to maintain a safe and legal working environment.

What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in a Senior leadership role; preferably within a warehouse, logistics, or industrial environment.

  • Proven ability in vendor management, negotiation, and budget control.

  • Proven experience in people management and site operations leadership, specifically a background in Senior Operations or a similar high-responsibility industrial role
