We're a fast-growing iGaming startup with our own custom-built casino platform. That gives us fullcontrol—but it also means we're responsible for the daily decisions that drive higher GGR, stronger margins, and better player experiences.

We're looking for a Casino Optimization Manager who knows how to turn data, player behaviour, and game performance into real revenue gains. Someone who understands the mechanics of casino profitability and can optimise our lobby, segmentation, RTP, and player journeys to increase GGR and operating margin month over month.

This is a hands-on, analytical, commercially-driven role ideal for someone with experience inside a casino operator.

The Role

Your mission:

Increase short-term and long-term GGR and operating margin

Optimise game positioning, player flows, segmentation, and offers

Identify high-performing games, providers, and behaviours

Improve the casino experience to maximise deposits, time-on-site, and re-deposits

What You'll Be Doing

Game & Lobby Optimization

  • Analyse daily game performance and rotate top performers to priority placements
  • Manage the logic of featured games, new releases, local favourites, and hit titles
  • Identify which games drive highest GGR per player and scale their visibility
  • Optimise lobby layouts to increase CTR into high-yield content
Margin & RTP Optimization

Work with providers on RTP configs where possible Identify margin leakage and propose adjustments

  • Track performance of high-volatility titles and their impact on short-term margin
  • Recommend changes to bet limits, jackpots, or configurations that improve stability
Player Behaviour Analysis
  • Analyse player quality, session patterns, stickiness, and game preferences
  • Segment players based on value, risk, and behavioural triggers
  • Identify early signs of bonus abuse or unprofitable patterns
Promotion & Lifecycle Strategy (Non-Bonus Heavy)
  • Propose simple, ROI-positive initiatives that increase engagement
  • Work closely with CRM to align retention tactics with margin goals
  • Highlight opportunities for targeted pushes on high-performing content
Provider & Content Strategy
  • Recommend which game providers to push, feature, or deprioritise
  • Monitor new game launches and identify local winners, especially for Brazil
  • Build a content calendar for releases that boost revenue
Reporting & Insights
  • Own weekly and monthly casino performance reports
  • Break down the "why" behind revenue spikes, drops, or patterns
  • Present actionable recommendations aligned to revenue KPIs
  • Work with Product to influence platform improvements that drive higher GGR
Who You AreYou likely have experience as a:
  • Casino Product Manager
  • Casino Operations/Performance Manager
  • Game provider or aggregator analyst
  • Someone who understands game performance, player value, and casino economics
You have:
  • Strong analytical instincts
  • Deep understanding of slot mechanics, volatility, RTP, and player behaviour
  • Knowledge of Brazilian and/or LATAM casino player preferences
  • Ability to make fast decisions based on data
  • A commercial mindset — always asking "how does this increase GGR?"
