The Impact You'll Drive

As our German E-Commerce Manager, you'll manage, optimize, and scale Shopify stores for the German market. You'll lead seasonal campaigns, improve conversion rates, and ensure store performance aligns with company goals. Your decisions will directly influence revenue, customer experience, and brand success in Germany.

What Success Looks Like in Your First Months

  • Plan and execute seasonal campaigns for German stores, aligned with holidays and promotions
  • Coordinate with designers to ensure timely asset delivery for launches
  • Monitor store data, review performance metrics, and optimize apps for higher conversion rates
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align campaigns, email flows, and promotions

Who You Are / Skills & Experience

  • Fluent in German with strong understanding of the German market and customer behavior
  • Hands-on Shopify experience managing e-commerce brands
  • Skilled in planning and maintaining full website calendars
  • Organized and proficient in project management tools like ClickUp
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills; able to monitor apps and reviews
  • Excellent collaboration skills to align with designers, email, and media buying teams

Roles Expectation

Role type: Independent contractor (must be based in Germany)

Work model: 100% remote, fully flexible working hours

Time tracking: Hubstaff

Compensation: Hourly pay + performance incentives; monthly stipend from 3rd month; annual salary increment; health insurance from 2nd year
