We are now looking for an Experienced UX Desginer within Global Learning Solutions on the behalf of a global retail company in Malmö. Start is ASAP, 1 year contract to begin with.

What You'll Do:

• As our UX Designer, you'll be at the forefront of transforming our learning and development tech stack by designing seamless, user-focused experiences. You'll work with technology that supports all parts of the learning process from content creation to content delivery to create a learning ecosystem that empowers learners, content creators, and administrators alike.
• Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the design and experience of our learning technology, supporting co-worker growth and development. With a balance of creativity and structure, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate and continuously improve the learning experience for one of the world's most recognizable brands.
• Your Responsibilities Include:
• Design intuitive, scalable tools that empower co‑workers in their learning journey, delivering impactful digital solutions for learners, content creators, and administrators across the company ecosystem.
• Lead user-centered design processes: Conduct user research, identify pain points, and create solutions that improve learning outcomes and engagement.
• Iterate and refine continuously: Test, gather feedback, and improve designs to ensure they meet the evolving needs of learners and learning managers.
• Simplify complexity: Take intricate learning systems and organizational structures and transform them into clear, user-friendly experiences.
• Drive innovation: Leverage the latest in learning technology, including AI and adaptive as well as experienced based learning, to future-proof out company learning technology.

Who You Are:

• You are an experienced UX Designer with a strong background in learning, education, or other development platforms. You understand the unique challenges of designing large-scale learning environments and are skilled at creating digital experiences that are both impactful and scalable.
• You're a UX Designer with 5 years of experience, confident in your craft and eager to grow through collaboration and shared learning.
• You have a strong grasp of user-centered design principles and know how to apply them to create intuitive, scalable digital tools.
• You're empathetic and curious, always seeking to understand the context and challenges of co-workers who use the tools you design.
• You communicate clearly and confidently, advocating for the user and helping teams make informed design decisions.
• You embrace feedback as a catalyst for improvement and contribute to a culture of open dialogue and continuous learning.
• You're skilled in wireframing, prototyping, and using design systems to create simple yet elegant User Interfaces, with proficiency in tools like Figma, Framer and Miro.

This role requires fluency in English. Travel will be required 5-8 days in total.

This is a full-time consultant position in Malmö through Incluso. Start is ASAP, 1 year limited contract to begin with. This role requires onsite work in Malmö a minimum of 3 days per week at the office.
