About the Graduate Program

Our Graduate Program is designed for students graduating in 2026 who are eager to transition into the professional world. It offers hands-on experience, mentorship, and a structured career development path.

As a participant, you will be involved in real-world projects from day one, working closely with experienced colleagues in an agile and innovative setting. This program provides exposure to different aspects of technology, systems integration, and business process improvement while offering long-term career growth opportunities within Verisure.

About the Role

The Business Applications area at Verisure focuses on developing, maintaining, and optimizing the digital tools and platforms that support our business operations.

As a Tech Graduate in Business Applications, you will:

  • Contribute to projects that enhance and streamline business systems and processes.

  • Support system configuration, integration, and testing activities.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

  • Learn to manage applications throughout their full lifecycle—from development to deployment and maintenance.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for graduates who are eager to learn, collaborative, and passionate about how technology enables business success. You should:

  • Have an academic degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Technology, or a related field (graduating in 2026).

  • Have an interest in business applications, digital transformation, or enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, or similar).

  • Be analytical, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Have good English skills, both spoken and written.

  • Be a team player with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
