About The Role
You will be responsible for leading and directing delivery for the Swedish and Danish market for SD Worx. Our market consists of 150 large enterprise customers, including many of Sweden's most well‑known brands across the private and public sectors. We also serve international customers within the SD Worx Group. We aim for strong growth and are entering the lower mid‑market segment.

You will have full responsibility for achieving the short‑ and medium‑term financial and operating objectives set by the overall corporate business plan and for delivering on our customer promise to clients. This means leading, directing, and managing day‑to‑day activities while continuously identifying opportunities to enhance operations to optimize productivity and business growth. In addition to running and growing the business, you will be a key contributor to our strategic plan, which includes transforming the business by further expanding our service portfolio, digitizing our ways of working, increasing automation, and internationalizing our service delivery model.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead the CET (Operations) organization for Sweden and Denmark, ensuring governance, coordination, and reporting of sales and delivery projects.

• Develop and enhance our service offering, positioning SD Worx as:

• A development partner, not just a software provider.

• A change leader, implementing modern systems and efficient processes.

• A long-term partner, enabling customers to focus on their core business.

• Drive business and process development initiatives.

• Build expertise and stay close to market trends and innovations.
• Implement performance measurement models and governance structures.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee recruitment, training, and continuous skills development.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Portfolio, Products, HR, Finance, and Legal teams.

Key Objectives

• Lead the four pillars of SaaS and Services: implementations, consultancy, support, and managed payroll.
• Achieve financial KPIs (Revenue/Contribution) across all segments.
• Ensure payroll accuracy and maintain high-quality service delivery.
• Deliver client projects on time and within budget.
• Drive standardization and performance improvements across operations.
• Support international collaboration and leverage HUB locations for efficiency.

Reporting Line

• Reports to: Country Manager Sweden & Denmark
• Member of the Swedish Management Team.
• Close collaboration with CET international community.

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of management experience in consultancy and/or operations.
• 5+ years of experience leading other leaders.
• Academic degree in Economics, Engineering, or similar.
• Strong background in SaaS and services industries.
• Expertise in HR and payroll processes and related technologies.
• Proven ability to drive operational excellence and business development.
• Experience managing large customer accounts and complex projects.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and modelling.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.
