Your role
Our Onsite Operations team delivers top-tier IT support and infrastructure services to a diverse mix of public and private sector clients across Denmark. You'll become part of a dynamic leadership team of eight—recognized for its energy, initiative, and collaborative mindset.

people leadership, operational excellence, and business development
—balancing delivery quality with commercial growth.

Your Mission:

• Drive the transition of two teams into Onsite Operations and optimize performance and finances.
• Ensure high-quality, customized onsite services while fostering technician development and engagement.
• Collaborate with AMS Sales and regional teams to win new customers and identify opportunities across Sweden and Denmark.
• Take full responsibility for business, customer experience, and operational success.

What You'll Do:

• Lead technicians and team leads, matching skills to customer needs.
• Act as the bridge between Atea and customer environments, ensuring presence and adaptability.
• Manage personnel: 1:1s, reviews, salary discussions.
• Oversee financials, strategic input, and service development.
• Build team competence, cohesion, and Atea identity.

You'll enjoy flexibility with a base at one of our offices and regular presence at customer sites.

Who are you?
To succeed in this role, you should have experience in IT operations and infrastructure delivery, with a solid understanding of customer needs and consultant tasks. While a technical background is not required, you need to be confident engaging with both clients and your team.

We are looking for someone who is accountable for both customer and employee experience, proactive in taking initiative, and able to follow through on commitments. Strong leadership skills are essential—you should be empathetic, skilled in modern leadership practices, and capable of inspiring and developing your team.

You must be able to prioritize effectively and maintain clarity under pressure, while communicating clearly and confidently.

Experience with Service Management, ITIL, and stakeholder management is considered a plus.
