Vi söker nu en Quality & Compliance Specialist till Biltema Nordic Services AB. Som Specialist inom Quality & Compliance ansvarar du för att säkerställa att våra produkter uppfyller gällande lagkrav och interna kvalitetsmål inom dina tilldelade produktområden.

Du är en viktig del av vårt Q&C-team och arbetar nära produktchefer, inköp, marknad och andra stödfunktioner inom Biltema Nordic Services. I rollen bidrar du till att våra produkter är säkra, laguppfyllda och av rätt kvalitet – från idé till färdig produkt på hyllan.

 Som Specialist rapporterar du till Affärsområdeschef och blir en del av ett engagerat och internationellt team där samarbete, struktur och ansvarstagande är centrala värden.

Exempel på arbetsuppgifter

  • Leverera kravställningar på produktidéer och säkerställa att den tekniska filen är komplett
  • Granska och verifiera dokumentation kopplad till produktsäkerhet och regelverk
  • Hantera kontakter och svar till myndigheter vid marknadskontroller och orosanmälningar
  • Säkerställa att produktinformation, manualer och förpackningar uppfyller lagkrav
  • Genomföra risk- och konsekvensbedömningar
  • Hålla dig uppdaterad och informera om förändringar i EU:s regelverk för produktsäkerhet
  • Samarbeta med externa laboratorier vid behov
  • Bidra till förbättringsprojekt och utveckling av rutiner inom produktområdena 

Vi söker dig som har

  • Eftergymnasial utbildning relevant för rollen
  • 3–5 rs erfarenhet av arbete med produktsäkerhet, regelverk, certifieringsprocesser, compliance eller liknande
  • Mycket god kunskap om EU:s regelverk kring produktsäkerhet
  • Förmåga att tydligt kommunicera krav och regelverk i tal och skrift
  • Strukturerat arbetssätt och god prioriteringsförmåga
  • Erfarenhet av att arbeta tvärfunktionellt i projekt eller förbättringsinitiativ
  • God datorvana, särskilt i Officepaketet
  • Flytande svenska och engelska, i både tal och skrift
  • Meriterande om du arbetat inom fordons- eller båtindustrin

Anställningsform: Tillsvidareanställning med 6 mån provanställning, heltid
