The Roles

Planner / Communication Strategist

You're curious about people, culture and brands – and you know how to turn that curiosity into insight. You transform data into sharp communication strategies that fuel big creative ideas. Working hand in hand with creatives and client leads, you help turn analysis into stories that connect, inspire and perform.

Brand Consultant

You bring clarity and direction to brands. You connect strategy to business goals, uncover new opportunities and shape long-term growth. You collaborate across industries and disciplines to help brands define their role, their arena and their edge –turning it all into a real competitive advantage.

What You'll Do

  • Lead or support strategies that connect creativity with business impact.
  • Analyze and distill insights from data, culture and human behavior.
  • Translate research into sharp narratives and creative briefs.
  • Collaborate closely with creatives, designers and business partners to bring strategies to life.
  • Facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions with clients.
  • Stay tuned to emerging trends, technologies and cultural shifts that shape how brands present themselves to the world.

Who You Are

You're a strategic thinker who loves the intersection of creativity, culture and commerce. You thrive on turning complexity into clarity – and clarity into ideas that make a difference.

Your background might include:

  • Experience in brand strategy, communications strategy, business consulting or marketing – at an agency, consultancy or in-house.
  • The ability to synthesize insights, frame challenges and inspire creative teams.
  • A mix of analytical sharpness and creative curiosity.
  • Strong collaboration and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English, spoken and written.
