We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Head Time Planner for our client in Stockholm. This is a key role in the project, ensuring that time schedules are accurate, realistic, and clearly communicated both internally and to their public client. The successful candidate will work closely with the Project Manager, consortium partners, and site teams to secure timely and coordinated delivery.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate the consortium's overall time planning
  • Maintain, update, and analyze project schedules in Primavera or Powerproject, with a focus on infrastructure project planning.
  • Investigate actual progress on site together with production teams and integrate findings into updated schedules.
  • Identify sequences, dependencies, and critical activities, and aggregate complex schedules into clear, logical overviews.
  • Provide schedule-based risk analysis, contributing to the project's risk register, and work with the Commercial Manager and claims team on potential impacts.
  • Support economic forecasts by linking time progress to commercial outcomes.

Job requirements

  • Proven track record as a time planner in large infrastructure projects
  • Experience working with public clients
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple planning functions across a consortium.
  • Skilled in managing subcontractors and international clients in multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of how planning impacts project costs and claims.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to simplify complex schedules into actionable insights.
