Overview
We are looking for two Product Planners for a consulting assignment within a global retail environment. The role focuses on regional planning, quantification, and performance follow-up to optimize the customer offer across multiple markets. You will work data-driven and commercially focused, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the right assortment, volumes, and strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Optimize the regional customer offer through sales analysis, quantification, and customer/competitor insights.
  • Identify risks and opportunities aligned with the assortment strategy.
  • Support the Business Controller with planning, forecasting, and performance follow-up.
  • Lead the quantification process for each region to maximize commercial potential.
  • Collaborate with Buying, Merchandising, Controlling, and regional teams to ensure aligned planning.
  • Monitor in-season performance and propose adjustments to enhance results.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Experience in planning, quantification, or similar analytical roles.
  • Experience from global or multi-market environments is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Proficiency in Excel and relevant planning/data tools.
  • Commercial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

About The Assignment
For this assignment, you will be hired as a consultant by HIROY. We offer our consultants a generous package, and you will also become a part of our extensive network of agencies. This will provide you with the opportunity to deploy your skills and interact with our network of consultants.

The assignment is full-time, ASAP- Until further notice.

Start date is 05-Jan Apr-2026, there is a strong possibility for extension after the initial assignment period.
