Om rollen
Som CustomerSupport Consultant hos Aceve blir du en del av vårt sammansvetsade team på ca8 personer där fokus ligger på att hjälpa våra kunder att lyckas med vårtaffärssystem Entré. Din huvuduppgift är att stötta kunder i frågor kringredovisning, lön och ekonomisk projektstyrning, både via telefon, chat ochmejl. Här får du möjlighet att utvecklas inom ekonomiska processer ochsystemstöd i en dynamisk miljö med härliga kollegor och spännandeprodukter
Dina ansvarsområden:
- Ge support inom redovisning (bokföring, moms, årsbokslut) och lönehantering i Entré.
- Stödja kunder med ekonomisk projektstyrning och rapportering.
- Hjälpa till med systemanvändning, inställningar och felsökning i Entré.
- Arbeta i Zendesk samt andra Windows- och webbaserade verktyg.
- Bidra till att förbättra supportprocesser och kundupplevelsen.
Vi söker dig som:
- Har erfarenhet av kundservice och gillar att lösa problem.
- Har goda kunskaper inom ekonomi/redovisning eller har arbetat med ekonomiska system.
- Har god systemvana, gärna från Entré eller liknande affärssystem.
- Kommunicerar obehindrat på svenska och har bra kunskaper i engelska.
- Har goda kunskaper i norska, både i tal och skrift.
- Har erfarenhet av Zendesk och digitala system (både Windows och webb).
- Gillar kundkontakt och trivs med att skapa goda relationer.
- Är en lagspelare med eget driv och ansvarskänsla.
Meriterande:
- Erfarenhet av ekonomisk projektstyrning eller arbete inom hantverk, installation eller byggrelaterade branscher.
- Kunskap inom lönehantering.
