Vi söker en interimsjurist till ett internationellt teknikbolag. Uppdraget är ett föräldravikariat på 12 månader under 2026, med möjlighet till anställning därefter. Du kommer till ett stort juristteam med kompetenta medarbetare och får möjlighet att jobba internationellt, på riktigt.

Arbetsuppgifter

  • Affärsjuridisk rådgivning till verksamheten
  • Granskning och förhandlingar av kommersiella avtal (inkl. entreprenadrättsliga avtal)

Din bakgrund

  • Juristexamen med minst fyra års erfarenhet som bolagsjurist eller från advokatbyrå där du har jobbat med kommersiella avtal.
  • Meriterande med erfarenhet av entreprenadrätt.
  • Affärsorienterad, positiv och kommunikativ.
  • Flytande svenska och engelska i tal och skrift.
