Dina arbetsuppgifter
Som Senior Legal Counsel på KICKS hanterar du bolagets samtliga legala frågeställningar. Rollen är bred och innefattar både högt och lågt, och du fungerar som ett stöd i alla olika typer av juridiska frågor som kan dyka upp. Det kan handla om allt från upprättande och förhandling av kommersiella avtal (fr a i relation till inköp), marknadsrätt, konkurrensrätt och dataskydd till bolagsrätt och övrig corprorate governance. I rollen ligger också, i förekommande fall, hantering och koordinering av bolagets externa ombud.
Rollen är en del av Maltas Group Legal som är en Nordisk funktion med totalt fem jurister, och du rapporterar till SVP Group General Counsel i Köpenhamn.
Vem är du?
Vi söker dig som efter avslutad svensk eller nordisk juristexamen har minst fyra/fem års arbetslivserfarenhet från advokatbyrå och gärna också från bolag. Du är en duktig jurist med bred affärsjuridisk kompetens och du är van att navigera inom olika rättsområden. Du har ett stort intresse för affärer och du trivs som bäst när du får arbeta nära verksamheten. Du pratar och skriver såväl svenska som engelska flytande.
I denna rekrytering lägger vi stor vikt vid dina personliga egenskaper. Du är en pragmatisk jurist med integritet som är van att arbeta självständigt. Du har en stor förmåga att hantera många olika frågor samtidigt och varva högt med lågt, du är flexibel och kan prioritera. Då rollen innebär många kontaktytor både internt och externt är det är viktigt att du har stor kommunikativ förmåga och har mycket lätt för att samarbeta. Du är nyfiken, driven och har en positiv inställning till problemlösning.
