O'Learys is looking for a bold, tech-driven and results-oriented Chief Commercial Officer to shape the future of our business.
This is not a traditional C-suite role — it's for someone who combines commercial sharpness with modern marketing execution, an AI-first mindset and passion for creating measurable impact. AI-native is how we market, personalize and operate effectively to reach our targets — it's not just about using tools, but about building a culture where AI drives smarter decisions, faster execution, and better results.

As our CCO, you'll lead with a mix of strategic vision and hands-on execution, using digital tools and AI to accelerate our marketing, CRM, and guest experience. Since opening in 1988, O'Learys has grown into so much more than a traditional sports bar. Today, we offer a one-of-a-kind experience that combines delicious American-inspired food, thrilling sports, and interactive social activities – all under one roof. It's this unique mix that keeps guests staying longer, coming back often, and creating unforgettable moments together.

As O'Learys CCO, you will:

  • Set and execute the commercial strategy across marketing, brand, CRM, and offering (food, beverage and activities).
  • Provide world-class support to O'Learys franchisees to reach like-for-like growth.
  • Use new technologies and AI tools to improve efficiency, personalization, and performance in marketing and communication.
  • Lead, inspire, and coach a strong commercial team of 10 people.
  • Negotiate partnerships and manage key stakeholders to drive top-line growth.
  • Ensure O'Learys Group remains at the forefront of digital innovation.
  • Be part of the Management Team, and play an active role in shaping the company's future.

A glimpse into a day of our CCO:
Start the day by reviewing last week's sales and KPIs together with the team, celebrating wins and spotting opportunities for growth. Collaborate with the CRM Manager to shape the next phase of our loyalty program strategy. Later, meet one of our franchisees on-site to explore new ways O'Learys can support them in reaching their targets.

In your first year, you'll focus on launching our CRM and loyalty program, boosting online conversion, rolling out a new booking widget, amplifying our marketing impact and ensuring our support toolbox is used to its full potential.

You're not the "old-school" marketing executive — you're part strategist, part doer, and 100% growth-oriented. You combine commercial instinct with a digital mindset and thrive in fast-moving environments. We believe you are a generalist who knows how to make things happen - you manage projects and teams with confidence, collaboration, and humility.

You bring:

  • A strong grasp of digital marketing tools, automation, and AI (e.g. Meta/Google Ads, CRM platforms, ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.).
  • Proven results in driving measurable business impact.
  • Sharp negotiation and project management skills — you know how to set high standards and get things done.
  • Experience leading teams and cross-functional projects in dynamic organizations.
  • We do not require industry-specific experience. With the right mindset and approach, we believe you can effectively familiarize yourself with and navigate a variety of situations and challenges.
