The role

Location for this position is
Stockholm (Sickla)

Purpose of role

Own the decision-intelligence and AI business value delivery agenda end-to-end—turning business goals into a sharp backlog and ensuring models/rules/experiments are deployed, adopted and delivering value. Champion agile practices, apply WSJF/ROI, drive MVP→scale, and orchestrate Data & AI CoE and business stakeholders. Define relevant KPIs/targets, secure compliance (DPIA/auditability), and lead change and adoption (training, comms, benefits tracking) on a PI/sprint cadence including managing releases of AI product and services across the organization as well as externally.

Responsibilities of role

  • Lead the functional development and delivery of Advanced Analytics, ML, AI business use cases within Analytics & Reporting, Decision Intelligence and GenAI/Agentic AI domains.
  • Manage key business stakeholders, own/prioritise backlog (WSJF/ROI), define MVP→scale, write AC/DoD and ensure delivery.
  • Land KPIs & benefits and track before/after
  • Orchestrate the cross-functional delivery (Data Eng, Data Science, BI/reporting) in the agile squad.
  • Collaborate with platforms teams to ensure efficient business value delivery from data & AI asset
  • Ensure compliance (DPIA, security, audit trail) and release/adoption readiness (training, comms).
  • Manage the release and life cycle of AI products and services developed and deployed
  • Drive self-service adoption (analytics & reporting, AI-assist, automation) via training, comms and super-users.
  • Establish practices and tools for modern AI productivity (AI coding assistants, prompt libraries, auto-docs) to improve delivery speed, quality and traceability.

Your Background

  • 7+ yrs as PO/PM/Tech Lead in data/advanced analytics/ML/AI; regulated industry experience is a plus.
  • Comfortable with Power BI/Qlik; basic SQL; interpret ML/AB outcomes and articulate business value.
  • Agile/SAFe certified, DevOps mindset, excellent communication & collaboration.
  • Ability to balance business value and financial results, with delivery productivity/team velocity/ product quality while managing risk and compliance
  • Proven training/communication/awareness experience to increase self-service usage (analytics/reporting).
  • Hands-on with AI productivity tooling (AI coding assistants, doc/test automation) and safe enablement (governance, data/security constraints).
  • Experience developing, deploying and operationalising ML models and/or GenAI applications (CI/CD, model registries, monitoring, re-training), preferably on Azure/Databricks (Azure ML, Databricks MLflow/Model Registry) is highly meriting
