About The Position
We are seeking due to a 1 year vacancy leave, an Accounts Payable Accountant to join our OFSS team (Oriola Financial Shared Services). The OFSS team consist of members working with AP, AR and GL & Reporting. In this role, you will play an important part in the team managing Oriola´s accounts payable processes, where you also work together and support the other team members if needed.

Responsibilities
Skills & Requirements

  • Manage the accounts payable ledger, e.g. handling vendor invoices, payment requests and related email handling.
  • Monthly closing activities such as: GL-account reconciliations, accruals and deferrals, analysis and KPI´s
  • Maintenance of vendor master data
  • Posting of GL journal entries for related companies in OFSS
  • Participation in AP related projects.
  • Perform payment runs
  • Post cost allocations in GL
  • Work with lean and OFSS targets.

Personal And Experience Requirements

  • 3 years of experience from an equivalent role and/or three years of university education with financial specialization
  • Good communication skills and knowledge in English, both in writing and in speech
  • Social skills to handle business partners and collaborators within the company
  • Be driven and able to progress on work tasks
  • Good knowledge in Excel and other several IT systems

Terms Of Employment

  • This is a full-time fixed-term position until 31 December 2026. We want you to start in January 2026 the latest.
